New Delhi: The split of power couple Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora Khan took B-town by a storm. Married for 17 years, the two issued a joint statement saying that they are on a break.
While grapevine is rife with news that this break is much more than that, the couple have denied that they are heading for a divorce. A friend of Malaika commented on the statement issued saying that it was not mutual. A furious Arbaaz then took to Twitter to say that he will not clarify his stand and some people are not deserving enough that he loses his sleep.
However, media reports suggest that Malaika is hell bent to file for a divorce. In fact, Malaika met her best friend Dino Morea recently and the two indulged in a long conversation. The intense talk went on for two hours.

Malaika has found Dino’s shoulder to cry on. The people who saw them talking asserted that the entire time Malaika was the one speaking while Dino was patiently listening to her woes.
It is also being reported that Malaika has met lawyer Vandana Shah for her divorce. Vandana is representing Sunjay Kapur in his legal battle against estranged actress wife Karisma Kapoor.
Malaika and Arbaaz tied the knot on December 12, 1998, and have a son Arhaan.
