New Delhi: A few days ago veteran actor Anupam Kher posted a photo about his weight loss and left everyone astonished. At 61, Anupam lost 14 kgs surprising everyone. If you are still reeling from that picture of Kher, the ‘Special 26’ actor has posted yet another picture which proves that you are never too old to start your journey towards fitness.
Earlier this evening, Anupam posted a photo on Instagram where he pointed out his change from 2015 to this year. The two photos from last year’s edition of IIFA and this year’s clearly show the hard work Kher has put in.

Speaking about the change, Anupam had earlier termed the process as torturous, but worth it. He was quoted by a leading daily as, “I knew I had to get rid of three things in my diet — potatoes, rice and sweets. I didn’t touch any of these for six months. Along with this, I walked for, at least, an hour every day. In fact, I walk 10,000 steps daily.”

“Every few years, I decide to do something different, be it with my work or this. When I turned 60, I wanted to do something impossible. My challenge was to make this possible. When I was 28 years old, I played a 60-year-old man in one of my films (Saaransh; 1984) and I now want to do an action film. This is just my desire; it’s not like I’ve been offered anything as yet,” added Anupam.
Anupam’s weight loss had even impressed actor Akshay Kumar, whom the former had credited for playing a major part in his journey.
Now, with this latest picture Anupam will definitely garner appreciation all over again.
