New Delhi: Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande used to be that perfect couple of B-town. However the break-up of this couple came as a rude shock for everyone.
Soon the reports speculating that reason behind their split started doing the rounds.
It was reported that Ankita’s alcoholism and Sushant’s flirty nature made them part ways. However, the ‘Kai Po Che’ actor later clarified with a tweet, saying, “Neither she was an alcoholic nor I am a womaniser. People do Grow apart & its unfortunate.”
However, as per the gossip mongers, SSR’s claims had a counter attack at recently.
According to the media reports, Ankita does have a drinking problem and Sushant had been getting a bit too close for comfort with females, some of who are even celebrities.
And this came into highlight once again after the actress created havoc at a filmmaker’s party.
Reportedly, drunken Ankita created a scene in the party over Sushant’s closeness with another actress and started abusing him verbally using some of the choicest Hindi expletives.
While the ‘Pavitra Rishta’ actress was completely out of control, Sushant too lost his cool and the matter got worse.
“It was one helluva fight, very ugly, very crass. The two just didn’t stop, especially Ankita whose temper had hit the ceiling,” a source reportedly told an entertainment portal.
Well, this was pretty much not expected from a couple who were in a relationship for over six years.
However, Sushant cleared the air about this rumoured ugly spat.
He took to twitter saying, “Truth -Your Source Was getting close 2himself, didn't like it, got drunk & then abused himself 4being close 2himself:)”
Currently, Sushant Singh Rajput is busy with two of his upcoming movies – ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’ and ‘Raabta’.
