New Delhi: Television actor Karan Patel is quite famous for his short tempered nature and his love life.
The actor, who is currently married to Ankita Bharghav, was dating actress Kamya Punjabi earlier. In fact, the couple was pretty much serious about their relationship.
But destiny had other plans and Karan went on to marry Ankita on May 3, 2015. However, there were several reports about their marriage hitting a rocky patch but the couple managed to be together.
While all was going smooth from last few months, Karan’s love life recently made it to the headlines again after Kamya Punjabi confessed her love for her ex-boyfriend.
During an interview to a leading daily, Kamya stated that she still love Karan and will always love him.
“For me, love doesn’t change with seasons or according to family’s convenience. I have and will always love Karan Patel. I have never spoken about the reason why we separated and I won’t speak about it in future as well. I still love him but I don’t want him back in my life. I can never forget the pain that I have gone through because of him. I can never forgive him for that,” Kamya was quoted saying.
She had also added, “I respect the word ‘Love’ and I am not one of those who will wash their dirty linen in public. I have always been honest about my feelings whether I am on camera or not. He is a married man and I have no intentions of getting him back in my life. Love is blind. When you love someone, you don’t think about anyone else.”
Though Kamya has clearly stated she doesn’t want the ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ actor back in her life, but looks like her love confession hasn’t gone down well with Karan’s wife Ankita.
Ankita has reportedly lashed out at Kamya for her statement saying that is just a waste of time.
“All I want to say on this bullshit being thrown our way is that this is just a waste of your energies. I would suggest they use their energies in doing something more productive in the future,” Ankita was quoted saying.
We wonder what Kamya Punjabi has to say about this response from his ex-boyfriend’s wife.
