Actor Akshay Kumar is very close to his sister and on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, he has shared a video in which his younger sister Alka Bhatia revealed the best rakhi gift that her brother has given to her. She stated that right from her teenage days, Akshay used to tell her to take care of herself on her own. Alka talked about the time when she was allowed to go on parties only if she was accompanied by her brother. She stated that she missed many parties because Akshay never went with her. The actor used to say, “Apna dhyan khud rakhi.”
Akshay shared the video titled Direct Dil Se in which Alka unveiled how his brother changed and took responsibilities after her father died. She went on to say that things changed but her motto remained constant. Alka thanked Akshay for teaching her this important thing about life and told him that she loves him a lot.
At the end of the video, Akshay, like every brother was seen kissing his sister. It will surely melt your hearts.
On a related note, Akshay will be seen sharing the screen space with Bhumi Pednekar in Toilet: Ek Prem katha. The movie is slated to release on August 11.
