New Delhi: After Airlift, Akshay Kumar is back again with the flavour of patriotism as the trailer of his upcoming movie Rustom released today. In the movie, Akki will be seen donning the navel uniform as he plays the role of Commander Rustom Pavri.
Khiladi Kumar himself took to Twitter to unveil the trailer. He tweeted.
Going by the first look of the trailer, the movie looks promising. The trailer opens in 1959 Mumbai, and is inspired by the sensational case of a naval officer, who was tried in court for killing his wife’s lover.

The movie which comes with the tagline “three shots that shocked the nation” seems to pack with suspense and thriller. The three-minute-long video makes you see different shades of Rustom Pavri and till the end one cannot decide if he is a patriot or a traitor or a murderer.

The movie features Ileana D’Cruz as Akshay’s love interest while Esha Gupta is seen playing Arjan Bajwa’s sister.
Produced by Neeraj Panday, who directed Akshay in much-acclaimed Baby in 2015, Rustom will hit the screens on August 12.
