Akshay Kumar’s last release Rustom has been one of the most talked about movies of the year. The movie has been making the headlines quite before its release.
The movie is based on the popular K.M Nanavati case and features Akki in the role of a naval officer.
But apart from strong storyline and stunning performances what else made Rustom, a talk of the town was its promotions.
Akki’s ‘Rustom’ didn’t had the usual promotions.
Instead, several B-town celebs came forward to promote the movie.
From Salman Khan to Varun Dhawan, Karan Johar to Sidharth Malhotra, Sonam Kapoor to Sonakshi Sinha, several A-listers were seen uploading videos on their Instagram account for the promotion of ‘Rustom’.
Well, their promotions did work and ‘Rustom’ is doing a fantabulous business at the box office with an earning of Rs 82. 28 crores so far.
After receiving such an overwhelming response from the audience, Akshay has thanked all the celebs for lending their support for Rustom.
However, the way he has thanked is colleagues is actually making the head turns.
Akki has posted two videos on his Instagram page where he is seen hoola hoping as he thanks his colleagues.
The video starts with a disclaimer which reads, All characters mentioned in this video are superstars. My opinions are mine unless you agree, in which case they are ours. Thank you, Shukriya”.
The ‘Baby’ actor has sung praises for Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Varun Dhawan, Ranveer Singh, Sonakshi Sinha, Sonam Kapoor, Fawad Kahan, Sidharth Malhotra, Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the most unexpected way.
Akki captioned the video as Now its my turn!! Can't Thank You enough @beingsalmankhan @ranveersingh @karanjohar @aslisona @s1dofficial @arjunkapoor and most importantly YOU all, my fans for all the Love and Support you'll have shown me for #Rustom. There's a lot of Love inside this Hoop! #Shukhriya”.
Well, after watching these videos we are pretty sure that no one could have done this better than Akshay Kumar.
