Akshay Kumar is one of the finest actors of Bollywood and has been a part of plethora movies.
The actor has tried his hands on several genres be it action, comedy, thriller and even family dramas.
However, there is this one genre that Akki finds quite intriguing and is eager to a movie on it.
The genre is horror comedy.
The Khiladi Kumar says that he wants to do a horror comedy because he enjoys the genre the most.
"I feel two different genres like horror which has a fear element and comedy which has laughter in it... To combine both of them together is very difficult. Only Mehmood was successful in that. I would like to do that genre again," said Akshay.
Interestingly, he has been a part of horror comedy earlier which happened to be his 2007 release ‘Bhool Bhulaiya’. However, he confessed that he didn't get a script like that later.
Currently, Akshay Kumar is busy promoting his upcoming movie ‘Rustom’.
Talking about ‘Rustom’, Akshay said: "This kind of a screenplay, script has never been written before. When a man goes the other way, his wife has to forgive. Nobody has shown when a woman goes the other way and comes back, then what happens."
Directed by Tinu Suresh Desai, ‘Rustom’, based on the K.M. Nanavati case, also stars Ileana D'Cruz and Esha Gupta. The movie is scheduled to release on August 12.
