New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumaar is known for portraying diverse role on the silver screen in his 25 years long Bollywood career.
From comedy to action and romance to thriller, the ‘Khiladi’ Kumar has nailed every character to perfection.
But this time Akki has undertaken an altogether different role for his upcoming movie ‘Dhishoom’. Reportedly, Akshay will be seen portraying the role of a gay filmmaker in the flick.
Interestingly, he was spotted wearing skirt on the streets of Abu Dhabi recently and reports say that this is the part of his cameo appearance John Abraham and Varun Dhawan starrer.
Akshay, reportedly, was asked by the makers to discreetly shoot a few scenes over three days in the city.
“Akshay’s visit was kept under wraps. No one except a handful knew he was coming to Abu Dhabi. He landed up one morning and without wasting time, he started shooting. The shoot lasted three days, said a source”

Talking about Akshay’s inclination to bring perfection to the role, the source added:
“If playing gay was not challenging enough, he even wore a skirt for one of the scenes on Rohit’s behest. He was sporting enough to do it. But we don’t know if the portion will be retained in the final edit.”
Well this piece of information has surely pressed our excitement buttons and we can’t wait to watch Akshay on the silver screen.
Currently, Akshay Kumar is gearing up for the release of ‘Rustom’, which will hit the theatres on 12 August, along with Hrithik Roshan’s Mohenjo Daro.
