Actress Deepika Padukone, who is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Padmavati, visited Tirumala to seek blessings of Lord Venkateswara. She was accompanied by filmmaker Farah Khan. The picture was shared by a fan club on social media. Both the ladies were looking gorgeous in traditional attires.
Deepika wore a beautiful white chikankari suit and paired it with heavy golden earrings. Farah on the other hand dressed casually in a purple suit. Recently, Om Shanti Om, completed its 10 years in the industry.
Deepika made her Bollywood debut with Farah’s Om Shanti Om opposite Shah Rukh Khan.
The lady will be seen playing the role of Queen Padmini in Padmavati. The film has been embroiled in controversy from quite some time. Recently, Bhansali released a video stating that the film doesn’t have any dream sequence between Padmavati and Alauddin Khalji. The trailer received positive response from the movie buffs. It is yet to be seen if the gorgeous actress manages to spell magic on the movie buffs.
Deepika will be seen sharing the screen space with Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor in the film. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the movie is all set to hit the screens on December 1.
