Filmmaker Karan Johar, who recently graced the IIFA Awards as a host along with Saif Ali Khan in New York, missed his two-little bundle of joy Roohi and Yash, whom he left back at home.
Karan’s latest Instagram post also revealed the same that the doting dad, who recently became father to twins via surrogacy was missing his kids, while he was away from them for his professional commitments in New York.
And now when Karan is back in India, he took no time to share his feeling with the world. Karan shared the very first picture of his kids on his Instagram and wrote, ‘’I miss my babies!!!! #roohiandyash.’’
Interestingly, Karan recently also promised that he will be sharing pics of his twins Roohi and Yash with the world soon. And now the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil director has shared the very first picture of Roohi and Yash on his Instagram and kept his promise as well.
The picture shows cute little hands of Roohi and Yash along with their dad Karan.
Recently, during the promotions of Badrinath Ki Dulhania Karan promised that he will share the picture of Roohi and Yash with the world at right time and said, “I am very excited to share the wonderful visual of my children with everyone but at the right time. I hope I can share their picture with everyone soon.”

So, we can now say it’s the right time. Karan, while sharing his experience about being a dad recently said, “When I held them for the first time, I don’t think I can describe the feeling. I cannot explain what I felt. I just sat in the chair and held my daughter first, as she is a little more vulnerable medically. I didn’t even realise there were tears rolling down my face. That feeling cannot be replaced by any other emotion.”
