New Delhi: Superstar Aamir Khan is determined to push new boundaries every time when he makes a movie.
In the recent past, he has experimented with roles, being a thief cum circus entertainer in Dhoom 3 (2013), an alien in PK (2014), and a wrestler in Dangal (which is due release on December 23, 2016).
Keeping up with the pace of trying on new hats, Aamir Khan has reportedly agreed to play an astronaut in a movie.
Media reports suggest that Mr. Perfectionist will essay the role of Rakesh Sharma, the first Indian to go into space in 1984.
A source close to the project told a leading entertainment website,
“Aamir will play Rakesh Sharma in his next film. He is all set to move from playing a pehalwan to now going out to the space.”
In 1984, Rakesh Sharma became the first Indian to travel to space and his journey made India the 14th nation to go to space.

Well, Rakesh Sharma’s story will definitely interest viewers.
If the reports turn out to be true and Aamir was roped in for the project, this will be his second biopic in a row. ‘Dangal’ is also a biopic which chronicles the life of popular Haryanavi wrestler, Mahavir Singh Phogat.
