Actor Aamir Khan gave his blood, sweat and tears to get in to the character of his upcoming film ‘Dangal’. The actor’s transformation came as a big surprise to all the movie buffs. After that, speculations about actor taking steroids to achieve the physique started doing rounds.

Aamir’s trainer and wrestler Kripa Shankar Patel Bishnoi has come forward to put all the rumours to rest.

While talking to a leading daily, the Arjuna awardee revealed that Aamir achieved his body with proper diet, adding that he didn’t take Steroids as they are banned medicines and are harmful to the body. He said, “The World Anti-Doping Agency and National Anti-Doping Agency catch and punish those players who use steroids.”

Talking about the rumours, Kripa Shankar got furious and said that if a single person says things, other people blindly follows them. He further stated that people prefer saying things rather than working on them. He revealed that Aamir is the kind of person who doesn’t go for shortcuts and everyone can make a body like the actor if they work hard.

“To say he used steroids is absolute nonsense. These people like fooling others. If I say something false, people may find it entertaining,” he added.

Aamir was also trained by Rahul Bhatt who said that the superstar never used steroids and he had the luxury of two trainers, two chefs, two masseurs so that was little easier for him than the common man to achieve the right physique.

‘Dangal’ is based on the real life story of Haryana wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film also features Sakshi Tanwar and Fatima Sana Shaikh in prominent roles.

The flick is slated to release on December 23.
