Aamir, Alia bag top honours: Complete list of winners at Filmfare Awards 2017

Aamir Khan won the best actor award while Alia won the best actress. Here is the complete list of winners at the 62nd Jio Filmfare Awards 2017:

Based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat who trained her daughter to become champions, “Dangal” bagged three of four major awards -- Best Actor, Film and Director – at the 62nd Jio Filmfare Awards here on Saturday. 

While Aamir Khan who plays the strict father-coach in the biopic, was awarded the ‘Best Actor’, his director Nitesh Tiwari was adjudged the ‘Best Director’. 

‘Dangal’ also bagged the Best Film award. 

Alia Bhatt, who portrayed a Bihari migrant in “Udta Punjab”, won the Best Actor Award (Female) for her role while Sonam Kapoor won in Critics' Award For Best Actor (Female) category.

'Neerja' and 'Kapoor & Sons (Since 1921)' won five awards each. Actor Shatrughan Sinha took home the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award.
