This year’s award season kickstarts with 63rd Jio Filmfare Awards 2018. The official list of nominations for the prestigious awards has been announced a couple of days earlier. The annual gala which is organised to honour the talent in Indian cinema, is back with its 63rd edition. It is scheduled to take place on January 20, 2018 in Mumbai. This time, Bollywood’s superstar Shah Rukh Khan will be hosting the event attended by the who’s who of the industry.

Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Hrithik Roshan, Alia Bhatt, Shahid Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Akshay Kumar and other filmstars will grace the red carpet on Saturday. Akshay Kumar will be present at the event after a hiatus of six years.

Date: 20th January 2018

Time: 7 pm onwards

Where to book a ticket

This time, Filmfare Awards have opened their doors for the public to watch the gala live. You can book the tickets by logging on to BookMyShow.com. The ticket prices range from Rs 10,000 to Rs 3,00,000.

Venue: NSCI CVP Stadium, Worli, Mumbai

Where to watch the telecast

Jio Filmfare Awards will be telecasted on television. You can catch the live updates of the gala ceremony on the official handle of Filmfare and Colors TV. The event will also be aired on Jio TV. The date and time of the event will be announced by the organisers soon.
