New Delhi: SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus ‘Baahubali’ has been one of the most popular movies of 2015.

The movie, ever since its release in July 2015, has been winning accolades and sweeping away the major awards at several events.

However, the 63rd Britannia Filmfare Awards South 2016 came as a surprise for everyone when ‘Baabhubali’ didn’t turn out to be a winner.

In fact, it was Prithviraj starrer ‘Ennu Ninte Moideen’ that beat ‘Baahubali’ and won seven awards across categories. Rajamouli’s directorial went home with five black ladies including the Best Telugu film award.

The event was attended by Mega stars Chiranjeevi, Mammootty, Suriya, Chiyaan Vikram, Rana Daggubati, Allu Arjun, Ram Charan Teja and several other celebrities from the South film industry.
