Bollywood star Akshay Kumar's latest release 'Rustom' has entered the glorious 100 crore club. With this feat, Khiladi Kumar has scored a hattrick of 100 crore films in a single year as his previous two releases, 'Airlift' and 'Housefull 3', also made it to the coveted club.
The courtroom drama, despite clashing with Hrithik Roshan's 'Mohenjo Daro', has till now minted a whopping Rs 101.31 crore at the ticket window.
A leading trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the collections so far.
Staying ahead of 'Mohenjo Daro' and this week's release 'Happy Bhag Jayegi', 'Rustom' has won the Box Office game.
The crime thriller has been written by Vipul K Rawal and directed by Tinu Suresh Desai
Produced by Neeraj Pandey, 'Rustom' also stars Ileana D'cruz as the female lead and Arjan Bajwa in a pivotal role.
The film is based on the real life incident of Naval Officer K.M. Nanavati and businessman Prem Ahuja.
