Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Monday arrived at Ajmer Sharif Dargah in poll-bound Rajasthan. He paid obeisance at the 13th-century dargah of Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti.
He was accompanied by Rajasthan Congress chief Sachin Pilot and former state chief minister Ashok Gehlot.
At the dargah, Gandhi family's traditional khadim (cleric) made him perform 'ziyarat'. He will also go to Pushkar to offer prayers.
Later in the day, Congress president will hold poll rallies in western parts of the state including Pokaran in Jaisalmer district.
