IndiaTV-CNX Opinion Poll shows that Congress is likely to return to power in Rajasthan with 115 seats. The BJP may get 75 seats.

Nearly 32 per cent people want Congress leader Sachin Pilot to be the next CM of Rajasthan, IndiaTV-CNX Opinion Poll shows. (IndiaTV)

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is unlikely to retain power under the leadership of Vasundhara Raje in Rajasthan whereas the Congress appears to be making a comeback under Sachin Pilot's guidance, IndiaTV-CNX Opinion Poll shows. Rajasthan in scheduled to vote in a single phase on December 7 and counting of votes is slated to take place  on December 11. 

In the last Assembly elections in 2013, the BJP had won a massive majority claiming 163 seats in the 200-seat Rajasthan Assembly. The Congress could win just 21 seats.

07:00 pm: There's still a nearly a month to go for polling in Rajasthan and the numbers may change.

06:58 pm: IndiaTV-CNX Opinion Poll shows the BJP may fail to retain power in Rajasthan. Congress is likely to win Assembly elections in Rajasthan and form the next government. The Congress may win 115 seats, while the BJP 75. BSP two and Others eight seats. 

06:45 pm: On two important issues, 65.95 per cent respondents said they were dissatisfied with Vasundhara government's handling of Padmavat controversy, while 55.78 per cent said they were dissatisfied with the state government's handling on gangster Anand Pal Singh's encounter.

06:35 pm: In Marwar region, the Congress again seems to be taking lead with 36 seats. In 2013, the party had won just five seats in the region. The BJP is likely to win 17 seats, a loss of 47 seats. Others may also win three seats. 

06:31 pm: In Mewar region which has 64 seats, Congress is likely to win 36, BJP 27,  others one and BSP may not be able open its account, shows IndiaTV-CNX Opinion Poll.

06:29 pm: Out of 16 seats in Sekhawati region, Congress is likely to win eight seats, BJP six and BSP one seat.

06:17 pm: To the question how would you rate Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje's performance as CM, a huge 48 per cent respondents said Poor, 35 per cent said Good, 12 per cent said Average and 5 per cent said Can't Say.

06:07 pm: Mayawati's BSP may win one seats and Others may come emerge first on three seats in Hadauti, IndiaTV-CNX Opinion Poll shows.

06:01 pm: Congress appears to be winning 35 seats in Hadauti region, a gain of 26 seats than the last Assembly elections in 2013. BJP is likely to win 25 seats,  a loss of 23 seats. In 2013, the BJP had won 48 seats.
