Election Commission on Wednesday issued a notice to Congress leader Priyank Kharge over his 'nalayak' remark against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Meanwhile, the Election Commission also sent a notice to BJP leader B P Yatnal over his 'vishkanya' remark against Sonia Gandhi.
Earlier, Priyank Kharge had called Prime Minister Narendra Modi a 'nalayak' days after his father had called the PM a 'poisonous snake'.
The critical remarks from Kharge came while addressing a migrant community (Banjara) event in Karnataka's Kalaburagi district.
