India TV-CNX Exit Poll Highlights | BJP likely to form govt in MP, Chhattisgarh; Congress may get Rajasthan, TRS to retain power in Telangana

In Chhattisgarh, Raman Singh may become CM for fourth consecutive term as BJP is projected to win 42-50 seats

The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is likely to retain power in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, according to India TV-CNX Exit Polls. The Congress party may return to power in Rajasthan and the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) may retain power in Telangana,, according to the exit poll. 

However, the final picture will come out on December 11 when the counting of votes will take place for the five states -- Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Mizoram.

Before the announcement of the results, India TV on Friday aired its authoritative exit poll that will give you an insight into what the voters are thinking in the four states excluding (Mizoram). The exit polls were conducted in association with CNX. To assist you in analyzing the exit poll numbers, we spoke with authoritative voices and top political experts. The exit polls were based on the latest scientific methods. The outcomes of these assembly polls will definitely have their impacts on the Lok Sabha elections 2019.
