Jaynagar Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Results - Jaynagar is one of the Lok Sabha constituencies in West Bengal. The state has 42 parliamentary seats. The Jaynagar seat comprises 7 Assembly segments including Gosaba, Basanti, Kultali, Jaynagar, Canningpaschim, Canningpurba, Magrahatpurba. The constituency is a SC seat. The AITC, the BJP are the main parties in the constituency. In the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, Pratima Mondal from AITC won the seat with a margin of 316,775 votes. Pratima Mondal was polled 761,202 votes with a vote share of 56.00 % and defeated Dr. Ashok Kandary from BJP who got 444,427 votes (32.77 %). In the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, Pratima Mondal from AITC won the seat and was polled 494,746 votes with a vote share of 41.61%. RSP Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Results -RSP candidate Subhas Naskar got 386,362 votes (32.49 %) and was the runner-up.Pratima Mondal defeated Subhas Naskar by a margin of 108,384 votes.
