Azamgarh Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Results - Azamgarh is one of the Lok Sabha constituencies in Uttar Pradesh. The state has 80 parliamentary seats. The Azamgarh seat comprises 5 Assembly segments including Gopalpur, Sagri, Mubarakpur, Azamgarh, Mehnagar. The constituency is a GENERAL seat. The SP, the BJP are the main parties in the constituency. In the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, Akhilesh Yadav from SP won the seat with a margin of 259,874 votes. Akhilesh Yadav was polled 621,578 votes with a vote share of 60.00 % and defeated Dinesh Lal Yadav Nirahua from BJP who got 361,704 votes (35.12 %). In the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, Mulayam Singh Yadav from SP won the seat and was polled 340,306 votes with a vote share of 35.43%. BJP Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Results -BJP candidate Ramakant Yadav got 277,102 votes (28.85 %) and was the runner-up.Mulayam Singh Yadav defeated Ramakant Yadav by a margin of 63,204 votes.
