Kandhamal Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Results - Kandhamal is one of the Lok Sabha constituencies in Odisha. The state has 21 parliamentary seats. The Kandhamal seat comprises 7 Assembly segments including Baliguda, G.udayagiri, Phulbani, Kantamal, Boudh, Daspalla, Bhanjanagar. The constituency is a GENERAL seat. The BJD, the BJP are the main parties in the constituency. In the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, Achyutananda Samanta from BJD won the seat with a margin of 149,216 votes. Achyutananda Samanta was polled 461,679 votes with a vote share of 49.00 % and defeated Mahameghabahan Aira Kharabela Swain from BJP who got 312,463 votes (33.17 %). In the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, Hemendra Chandra Singh from BJD won the seat and was polled 421,458 votes with a vote share of 50.19%. INC Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Results -INC candidate Harihar Karan got 240,441 votes (28.63 %) and was the runner-up.Hemendra Chandra Singh defeated Harihar Karan by a margin of 181,017 votes.
