Tura Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Results - Tura is one of the Lok Sabha constituencies in Meghalaya. The state has 2 parliamentary seats. The Tura seat comprises 24 Assembly segments including Kharkutta, Mendipathar, Resubelpara, Bajengdoba, Songsak, Rongjeng, Williamnagar, Raksamgre, Tikrikilla, Phulbari, Rajabala, Selsella, Dadenggre, Northtura, Southtura, Rangsakona, Ampati, Mahendraganj, Salmanpara, Gambegre, Dalu, Rongarasiju, Chokpot, Baghmara. The constituency is a ST seat. The NPEP, the INC are the main parties in the constituency. In the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, Agatha K. Sangma from NPEP won the seat with a margin of 64,030 votes. Agatha K. Sangma was polled 304,455 votes with a vote share of 52.00 % and defeated Dr. Mukul Sangma from INC who got 240,425 votes (41.21 %). In the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, Purno Agitok Sangma from NPP won the seat and was polled 239,301 votes with a vote share of 52.22%. INC Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Results -INC candidate Daryl William Ch Momin got 199,585 votes (43.55 %) and was the runner-up.Purno Agitok Sangma defeated Daryl William Ch Momin by a margin of 39,716 votes.
