Chhedi Paswan was polled 494,800 votes with a vote share of 51.00 % and defeated Meira Kumar from INC who got 329,055 votes (33.73 %). In the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, Chhedi Paswan from BJP won the seat and was polled 366,087 votes with a vote share of 43.19%. INC Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Results -INC candidate Meira Kumar got 302,760 votes (35.72 %) and was the runner-up.Chhedi Paswan defeated Meira Kumar by a margin of 63,327 votes.
