Rahul Gandhi filed his nomination from the Wayanad constituency for Lok Sabha polls 2019, earlier in the morning. He will also be contesting the election from Amethi, his party bastion.
Rahul Gandhi filed his nomination papers before the District Collector AR Ajayakumar at the district headquarters in Kalpetta today.
"I am very happy to share the new music video Maa, Mati, Manush for the forthcoming Lok Sabha Elections," Banerjee said in a post. The state, which has 42 Lok Sabha seats, will vote in all the seven phases.
The party on Thursday also announced that Kantilal Muljibhai Patel as its candidate for the by-election to the Unjha assembly seat in Gujarat.
The Congress manifesto for general elections 2019 promises new ministries for the industry, services, and employment, among others.
RLD is considered influential in the western region of Uttar Pradesh.
