While 89 seats will go to polls in first phase on December 9, the election in the remaining 93 constituencies will be held in the second phase on December 14. Counting of votes will take place on Dec 18.
Congress general secretary Oscar Fernandes released the third list to the media late last night. The list featured at least 11 candidates from ST and three from SC communities.
