Former Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel today dismissed reports suggesting that she was unhappy with the BJP.
In an exclusive interview to India TV, the former chief minister said that there was no reason for her to be unhappy with the party. She alleged that rumours are being deliberately spread against her and her party.
“I am discharging whatever responsibilities have been given to me. I am participating in all programmes of the party. I will be heading to Valsad for election campaign. Therefore, the reports of my unhappiness are totally baseless,” Anandiben Patel said.
Anandiben also denied that she had any differences with party President Amit Shah.
The former Gujarat CM made it clear that she is not a CM candidate in these elections.
Responding to a question on Hardik Patel, Anandiben said that he was misleading the Patidar community.
