The Election Commission of India (ECI) has signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Education to bring electoral literacy to classrooms across the country.
The NCERT to include content on electoral literacy in school textbooks and to advise State Education Boards to follow suit, the polling body has informed.
