Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2018: Intelligence Bureau (IB) has as many as 1054 posts up for grabs, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Those interested can apply online through MHA's website (www.mha.gov.in) or NCS Portal (www.ncs.gov.in). The online application process for the recruitment that began on October 20, will end on November 10. All the selected candidates will be recruited in Subsidiary Intelligence Bureaux, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India for Security Assistant/Executive posts.

As many as 1054 Security Assistant/ Executive posts have been advertised by the Intelligence Bureau for recruitment in Subsidiary Intelligence Bureaux, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

Candidates interested in applying for Intelligence Bureau posts should have completed matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board/university. For Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2018, the candidates should also have knowledge of any of the local languages as mentioned in the official advertisement of recruitment.

The upper age limit is 27 years, relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates as per government norms.

Selection Process: Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2018

Tier I: Written test, comprising objective questions, will be conducted. It will be divided into four marks containing questions of one mark each on General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitute, Logical/Analytical Ability, English Language.

Tier II: A descriptive test and spoken ability test will be conducted, which will be assessed at the time of personal interview. It will include translation of a passage of 500 words from local language/dialect to English and vice versa.

Tier III: Interview or personality test will be conducted.
