The Department of School Education, Telangana has announced the results of the Teacher Eligibility Test (TS TET) today, June 12. Candidates who appeared in the TET 2024 exam can check their results on the official websites, schooledu.telangana.gov.in, tstet2024.aptonline.in. This year, the examination was conducted in 33 districts, from May 20 to June 3 in two shifts. Paper I was conducted from 9:00 am to 11:30 am and Paper II was conducted from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm. A total of 2,86,381 candidates applied for Tet-2024 out of which 85,996 candidates appeared for the paper-1 exam and 1,50,491 candidates appeared for the paper-2 exam. The overall pass percentage for the paper 1 is recorded at 67.13% and for paper 2 is 34.18%. The announcement of the results were made by the Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.

- A login window will open. Enter the required login credentials such as the candidate's ID or journal number and date of birth.
- Click on 'Submit'.

TS TET 2024: Marks required
The candidates from the general category will have to score at least 60 percent marks, while the candidates from the BC category will require 50 percent marks. Candidates belonging to the scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, and persons with disabilities category will need only 40 percent marks.
Marking Scheme
TS TET 2024 was conducted in 2 papers- Paper I and Paper II. The candidates who intend to be teachers for classes I to V appeared for Paper I, the candidates who intend to be teachers for classes VI to VIII appeared for Paper II, and the candidates who intend to be teachers for all classes from I to VIII appeared for both papers, Paper-I and Paper-II. For appearing in the exam of a single paper, candidates had to pay Rs 1000, and for both papers, Rs 2000 was paid. Each paper consisted of 150 multiple-choice questions and 150 marks. For each correct answer, candidates will receive 1 mark and there will be no negative marking.
