UGC NET registration 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conclude the registration process today for UGC NET 2024. All those who have yet not submitted their application forms can do so at the official website of NTA, ugcnet.nta.ac.in before the closure of the application window. The registration window will be disabled at 11.50 pm.
Students can submit their application fee through any mode including credit card/ debit card/ net banking/ UPI by May 12. After the closure of the application procedure, the correction window will open on May 13 and conclude on May 15. Here are some easy steps to submit application forms.

- Visit the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in
- Click on the notification link that reads, 'UGC NET registration 2024'
- It will redirect you to the registration window where you need to register yourself before proceeding to application form
- Fill out the UGC NET application form carefully
- Upload documents, pay application fee and submit
- Review UGC NET application form before submitting
- Take a printout of the application form for future reference
UGC NET registration 2024: fee
Candidates belonging to the general/unreserved categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 1150. Those belonging to SC/ST/PwD and third gender will have to pay Rs. 325 as an application fee. The payment of the application fee can be done through online mode including Credit Card/ Debit Card/Net Banking /UPI.

When will UGC NET 2024 be conducted?
This year, UGC NET 2024 will be conducted on June 18 at various exam centres. Earlier, the exam was scheduled for June 16 which was changed after receiving several requests from the candidates to extend the date of the exam. Candidates can visit the official website for the latest updates.
Documents and their size
Students are required to upload their scanned images and signatures in the JPEG format.
- Size of the photo should be greater than 10 KB and less than 200 KB
- Size of signature image should be greater than 4 KB and less than 30 KB
