The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has started the registration process for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) for the November session today, July 17. Candidates who are interested in applying can fill up the application form through the official website, icsi.edu. Candidates will be able to apply till October 15. Candidates will also have to submit an application fee of Rs 2000 to complete the registration process.
ICSI CSEET: Eligibility criteria
CSEET is a mandatory qualifying test that is conducted for all categories of students for registration to executive programs except a few categories. The candidate applying should not be less than 17 years old on the date of application. To be eligible for CSEET, candidates must have completed Class 12and any graduate or postgraduate candidates eligible to seek registration directly to the executive programs will be required to qualify for the CSEET examination to be eligible for registration to the executive programs.
ICSI CSEET November 2024: How to apply?
Candidates can follow the mentioned steps to register for the November session:-
- Visit the official website, icsi.edu.
- Click on the tab 'Student' on the homepage.
- From the drop-down option, click on 'Register for CSEET'.
- A new page will open. Tick on the required checkboxes.
- Click on 'Proceed to CSEET Registration'.
- Enter the required basic details.
- Then, enter the fee details and proceed further.
- Upload the required mandatory documents.
- Then, preview the filled application form.
- After previewing, click on 'Confirm Application'.
- Select the mode of payment and pay the required amount.
- Save and download the form for future reference.
ICSI CSEET: Documents required for registration
Candidates will require the mentioned documents to register for the November session of ICSI CSEET:-
- Photograph of the candidate
- Signature of the candidate
- Birth certificate (10th pass certificate)
- Admit Card/ Hall Ticket for 10+2 Examinations (if appearing)
- 10+2 Pass Certificate/ Mark Sheet
- Category Certificate (for availing Fee Concession)
- Identity proof(Adhar card/passport/voter ID /pan card/driving license/ration card)
ICSI CSEET: Exam pattern
The ICSI will conduct the CSEET exam in remote proctored mode. The exam will include subjects like business communication, legal aptitude and logical reasoning, economic and business environment, current affairs, and quantitative aptitude. The exam will be held in a multiple-choice question format for 120 minutes. Candidates will require an aggregate of 50 per cent and a minimum of 40 per cent marks in each paper.
