JEE Main Result 2019: Joint entrance exam (JEE) JEE Main April session result 2019 was announced on Monday by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
9 lakh students had appeared for the JEE Main April session exam which was held on April 7, 8, 9 10 and 12. A total of 9, 58, 619 students appeared for the JEE Main 2019 April session, says the official notice of JEE.
A few days back, NTA had conducted a meeting and decided not to delay the announcement of the results. But some media reports had earlier suggested that the results can be delayed for a few more days.
JEE Advanced official notice reads, "Examination date of JEE (Advanced) 2019 has been shifted to May 27, 2019 (Monday). The examination will be held in India and abroad, on May 27, 2019 (Monday), in the following two shifts: Paper 1 (09:00 to 12:00 IST) and Paper 2 (14:00 to 17:00 IST).”
Earlier, the JEE Advanced exam date was May 19 which is postponed to May 27.
The application process for JEE Advanced has already begun from April 22 for foreign national students. For Indian students, the application process for JEE Advanced 2019 will begin from May 3, 2019.
