CBSE 10th Board Result 2018 Declared @ Cbseresults.nic.in, Cbse.nic.in: Where and how to check results online on official website

CBSE Class 10 Results 2018 LIVE Updates: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday declared Class 10 Board results. HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar congratulated students who had appeared in CBSE Class 10 Board exams which were conducted after a gap of 10 years in 2018.

"Congratulations to those who've succeeded. 10th CBSE board exam was conducted after 10 years. This's basically preparation for 12th board. Those students who've got compartment should prepare again & I'm sure they'll do well," Javadekar said.

Prakhar Mittal from Gurugram, Rimzhim Agrawal from Bijnor, Nandni Garg from Shamli and Sreelakshmi G from Cochin, all scored 499 marks out of 500 to top CBSE Class 10th Examination.

Students can view their result on the official websites of the board: www.cbseresults.nic.in, www.cbse.nic.in and www.results.nic.in after the result is released.

# CBSE result: Girls outshine boys yet again. While 88.67 per cent girls passed CBSE Class 10th Board exams, 85.32 per cent boys cleared their exams.

CBSE board exam results 2018: Steps to check

1) Log on to cbseresults.nic.in

2) Click on the link for result 2018

3) Key in the details as required on the login page that opens

4) Submit

5) Result will be displayed on the screen

6) Download the result and take a print out of the same

The board exams were marred by controversy this year with question paper leaks being reported from Delhi-NCR, Haryana and Jharkhand of Class 10 mathematics paper, but the HRD ministry had decided against conducting a re-examination in the "interest of students".

This was the first batch to appear for the Class 10 board examinations after the CBSE decided to junk the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) and reintroduce the board exams.

Over 16 lakh students appeared for Class 10 exams this year.

2) Click on the results you are searching for; Class 10
3) On next page enter your exam details
4) Submit the details and check your results

Google CBSE Results 2018: Follow these steps to check your CBSE Class 10 results from Google Search: 

Step 1: Log on to the website Google.com
Step 2: Search CBSE Class 10, results
Step 3: On the search results page of CBSE Class 10 enter your roll number and date of birth
Step 4: Submit the details and check your results displayed on the screen
