When Chirag took all the collected evidences to the police, the Assistant Police Inspector S R Thenge told him that they had better cases to look after and did not get time to look after this.

The stalker was then called to the police station where a quarrel took place between him and Chirag.

The stalker finally accepted his mistake and pleaded for not filing a complaint against him. Chirag then spoke to the stalker's family in Kolkata and after speaking to his father and sister he decided not to file a case against him as it could damage his career badly. The case was then closed.
