New Delhi: The National Commission for Women today set up a committee to inquire into the death of the 35-year-old former Delhi University employee who immolated herself and succumbed to burn injuries at a hospital here.  

The committee will hold a meeting tomorrow with Delhi University Vice Chancellor Dinesh Singh, chairperson of Delhi State Commission for Women Barkha Singh, Commissioner of Delhi Police Bhim Sain Bassi and Additional Commissioner of Police, North-East Zone, V V Chaudhary to discuss the case of the former lab assistant who died yesterday.  

NCW members Nirmala Samant Prabhavalkar, Vinod Sharma, Sangeeta Chhabra and Aarti Chawla are part of the committee.
