When Imran decided to enter politics, he was expected to be equally successful but lack of ground root structure and leadership, Imran's political formation ‘Pakistan Tehreek –e-Insaaf ‘ failed to make a mark for itself. Imran launched his party way back in 1996 but was never in the fore front of mainline political parties.
