Tejpal has sought permission from the additional sessions court to meet his mother who is in the last stage of brain tumour.
She was shifted from the hospital to Tejpal's North Goa residence since doctors could no longer give treatment for saving her life.
This is the second application moved by Tejpal requesting for a meeting with his mother.
Earlier, the court had permitted him to meet her on March 13.
