New Delhi: The serial rapist, who has been accused of raping almost 30 women and murdering 15, has been making news once again. Thirty six-year old M. Shankar alias Jaishankar has been charged with dozens of rape-cum-murder charges. Although pronounced mentally-ill, this criminal has been successful in giving police a slip very smartly not just once but thrice.

Recently, in the month of September while he was being taken to a court in Tumkur city in Karnataka, he complained of uneasiness after which he was admitted to an in-house jail hospital.
