Hans Joachim Nicolai, aged 56 years, a German national was arrested for illegal possession of 51 grams of MDMA drug worth Rs 5.1 lakhs.
A case has been registered against him under section 22(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotrophic Substances Act.
He has been remanded in four days police custody.
An Israeli national, Menachem Sasson, aged 28 years, was arrested for illegal possession of 250 LSD drugs near Badem Chapel, Chapora Bardez in Goa. The value of the narcotics is said to Rs 12.5 lakhs.
A case under NDPS Act has been registered and he has been remanded in four days police custody.
