Nitin then left while Tarun took the victim with him inside the cottage and raped her there. After a while, Tarun left and Hitendra came and raped the victim. When the victim tried to call for help, she was asked by the hotel staff not to make noise.

After Hitnedra left her there, the victim somehow managed to take a rickshaw and reach home.

Along with her family members, she approached the Vijay Nagar and Pardeshipura police stations and lodged a police complaint. All three accused were then nabbed by the police.
