As alleged by other inmates, Anca is allowed to dress up for a dinner and spend quality time with her husband.

On the other hand, her fellow inmates are not even allowed to wear make up.  They are not even allowed to meet their family members.

Jail  authorities have denied these claims. According to Tihar jail offcials, every inmate is allowed to visit for 30 minutes. The meetings are however conducted under strict rules of the jail and no exceptions are given whatsoever.
