After arriving here, Delhi police approached the city sessions court to acquire Nagpri's transfer warrant. Later, during the afternoon, Delhi police went to Sabarmati jail and took custody of Nagori after submitting the warrant issued by the sessions court.
However, Nagori can be taken only after the state governement revokes section 268 of Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) imposed on Nagori and all other serial blasts accused lodged here. Section 268 restricts the mobility of a prisoner outside the jail.
