Bholanath has been accused of calling up a man in Bhagwati Nagar and offering him money for burying human skeleton.

Earlier, Bholanath during a television show confessed that skeletons of two children had been buried in Asaram's Jammu based ashram. Following this, an NGO had filed appeal in court to look into the case.
