A resident of Mayur Vihar area, the victim is an employee with the railways and lives with her 2 children. The victim had filed a rape complaint against Dhananjay on Wednesday night.

The victim reported that her husband and Dhananjay were friends, and Dhananjay was once invited for lunch in 2005 over their place. Following that, Dhananjay began visiting her house in her husband's absence and one day raped her at gun-point. The MP threatened to kill her and her children. Dhananjay allegedly raped her four times, says the woman.
