New Delhi: The 40-year old woman, who recently filed a complaint against BSP MP Dhananjay Singh accusing him of rape, has alleged she had tried lodging a complaint against him in 2009 also, but no action was taken against him. Instead, the victim started receiving threats from the accused. Hence, she decided to seal her lips.

 




The victim said after Dhananjay's wife's involvement in maid torture case came into light, she gathered courage again and decided to file a complaint against him.
                                                                                                            
Police is now investigating the complaint lodged in 2009 by the victim.
