A major fight took place between the two following which Sushil shot at Naina three times with his licensed revolver. One bullet hit her on the head and the other on the neck whereas the third one hit the air conditioner. Naina died on the spot.

To wipe out all the evidences, Sushil chopped off Naina's body and put them in a Tandoor at his friend's restaurant  near Ashok Yatri Niwas hotel on Janpath marking an end to their love and marriage.
