This is one unique case of honour killing where a 18 year old girl forced a 15 year old boy to elope with her. Of course the reason behind this decision was that they loved each other.
Rahul, a 15 year old boy from Faridabad fell in love with a girl older to her. She planned that they would elope as she knew that her family would not approve of their relationship. Rahul was hesitant, but the girl forced hm saying that if he refused, she would slit her wrist.
Bowing to her pressure, the couple eloped. But, the news of their elopement spread like fire among the girl's relatives.
Finally the couple was trapped and the boy was beaten to death by 11 members of the girl's family. Rahul was beaten to death with iron rods and was dumped outside a local police station in Faridabad.
